I offer family films and photography, all rolled into one session! As a Mum of three little ones, I know how important it is to capture life’s fleeting moments, as our children seriously do grow before our eyes and time with our parents and grandparents grows ever shorter.

My goal is to capture the candid, authentic moments of family life and events. When I was on Maternity Leave with my second born, I realised that there was a preciousness to the small parts that make up the day-to-day, and a wonderful clarity that comes with celebrating life’s milestones with extended family. Things that we may one day forget. With children, it’s the baking together, the playing with Magnetatiles or Lego, the making train tracks together. Even folding laundry while the baby pulls everything out of the basket has its charms. And for the large family, it’s how our Dad looks at our Mum at their 50th anniversary lunch, and how Grandma laughs as she blows the candles on her 80th birthday cake. These activities, in the homes we have built for our families, are the intimate parts that I believe should be captured and cherished.

I prefer to meet you in your home, or at your family event, as it is very important that I capture that moment in time. The day-to-day of family life, the smiles shared between cousins over lunch, the little moments of intimacy. The love. You do not need to have the perfect house or the perfect setting for your images and video to be beautiful.
